A rescue that had to keep selling supplements
Another firm left a NetSuite implementation incomplete. Inventory, fulfillment, and payments were already in the way of a brand that still had to ship.

1st Phorm
What was going on
1st Phorm is a nutritional supplement supplier and retailer that needed NetSuite to support growth across retail and distribution. The prior implementation was incomplete and disorganized. They also had to leave QuickBooks without losing the workflows that made the brand work. Salora treated it as a rescue: chart of accounts, demand planning, fulfillment, and the Celigo paths to Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, and Authorize.net.
The challenge
- An incomplete prior NetSuite implementation disrupting inventory, orders, and payments
- A QuickBooks migration that still had to preserve unique fulfillment and refund workflows
- Channel commerce (Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central) that did not share a trustworthy item and cash story
- Shipping, returns, and bank payouts living outside a maintainable NetSuite design
A rebuilt core ERP, demand planning, more than 130 technical issues closed, and channel integrations finance could actually close against.
- Rebuilt core ERP setup, including a refined chart of accounts and custom roles
- Demand planning configuration so replenishment was not a side spreadsheet
- Resolution of more than 130 technical issues left by the prior engagement
- Celigo integrations for Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, and Authorize.net
- Easyship for shipping, Narvar for returns, Wells Fargo setup, and Authorize.net payout alignment
- Custom reporting, including P&L by channel and package-level shipping detail
